BACKGROUND

I am a wife and mom, loving life in Idaho! I have experience in loan/escrow processing residential and commercial loans, then spent a few wonderful years just being mom to my kids. I did some elementary tutoring for awhile then decided I wanted to help people with real estate. Now as Associate Broker, Seller Representation Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I am well equipped to help my clients with their residential needs. Sellers who are moving up, down sizing or relocating; Buyers who are looking to purchase for the first time, buy for investment or build new… I can help! I have also successfully closed several short sale transactions for Buyers and Sellers and would love to meet with to learn what your needs are and propose a plan just for you. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and continue to learn more about the industry every day.
